Lately I haven't been "sleeping." I've been going to be rather early...like 9pm...and waking up at a reasonable hour....I lay down, fall alseep, wake up and feel as if I just layed down. I haven't quite figured out what my problem is as of yet. Due to my lack of "sleep" I've been having some crazy thoughts lately...I liken it back to my college years when I used to keep a journal next to my bed. My brain would light up with right as I was about to drift off...If I was coherent enough I'd grab my journal and pencil away...I still have the journal and all the CRAZY things my brain concocked! So here's my reason for all this:
This morning on my drive in I was thinking about how 2008 flew by as if it were "one" day. I did so much last year and it all feels as if it happened just moments earlier....For instance I was working with this woman on putting together her insurance last June. She called in yesterday and she said her name and I recalled everything that'd we'd been working on from June....Now you may think this is silly for me to even comment on this, but I literally felt like I was just working her! This was from JUNE!!!! I can't comprehend why the time seems to fly by so quickly....This is just one example of many where a great length of time has passed and I "feel" as if it were just moments earlier....I think my brain is so hungary for yummy sleepogen (fun oxegen you get when you sleep) that it's starting to effect me in my awakeness!!
I'll keep you posted if I find my remedy!
PS. I'm going to kick the dogs out of the bedroom for a few days to see if they're the cause.... :)
